Where the Hell is my ZP?

I bought $20.00 off of playspan today. I used the code that playspan gave me for 20k ZP. I redeemed the code. I still don't have my ZP after 4 hours. I have all the details to prove that I bought ZP. What the hell do I do?

Yes. Everyone is having that problem. I bought 10k ZP today. Z8 is a day behind, so you will most likely get it tomorrow... I hope I get mine tomorowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

probably you will get it tomorrow, if you buy with paybycash, it takes 1 day long.. the support ticket is on the [TAB] near [FORUMS]

I doubt it's rip off, dude. Z8 isn't as active on weekends. (I mean, the forums and GMs)
We will all probably get it tommrow or Monday.
P.S. I have the same problem, to. And if they don't give me my ZP, I'ma gonna KILL them! I went on a wild goose chase for the right Game card!

EDIT: DesertEagle, you might want to calm down a little. Like I say to every little 2 year old on the forum,

It happened to me, the zp appeared in the Mall page but when I logged in the game it vanished.

The internet is a system of tubes, sometimes the tubes get damaged and stuff doesn't get through. That's probably whats up, so they have to go find the issue and solve it quick-like.
