Too much effects. Make it simple, with a flow.

Btw That was the Simple™ clan logo.

Actually..
Make the lightnings black, and perhaps fewer.
Draw a few lines to give a stronger impression of a box.

Fixed.

Paint-edit, give it a whirl with a good program.
You'd probably have to reposition the top logo though.
