Options won't change!

Since my last one was never fixed I decided to retry..!

Whenever I try to change my settings
16bit -> 32bit
Gamma 100 -> Gamma 50
Or High [Setting]

It just says "Settings Changed" and makes it 100 Gamma; but I don't have 32Bit or High [Settings] etc..

I can change Gamma fine in-game but it always happens again when I load the game back up.
