There is no copyrighted infragement on the team name "Team3D".

It is not placed on their website, neither in either tournament websites. I researched this before I suggested the name.

How is it failure, its a new start.
I've seen clans that copied names, they seem to be doing well.

Aswell, I am a major fan of Team 3D, another reason why its made.

I dont really care about people outside the clan, pretty much people inside the clan matters.
