See Ping

Hello, im new here in the forum.
But i have a question now:

When i start i have to set my controloptions like jump etc.

There i see that i can get infos about the players when i press TAB, i did it but nothing happened. And I cant change the options
What i can do?
Hope you can help me.

I used Search, but i didnt found sth.
