I just got FRAPS

The quality is amazing and it records sound While i wear my headset (Hyper Cam didn't)

But with my settings how can I stop it lagging me so much I die all the time I use it?

Im only using 25FPS and no sync also but it lags me so much

Any serious help advice from those who use it lag free please

Just use the "half-size" option, less quality but alot less lag too.

Umm get another vid card, while Xfire is reducing the effect of one vid card, the other one will still work.

BTW if you set the recording-fps to 25 it will make your fps 25 even if the normal is 100.
Set it to 60 and check how many do you get.

Thanks I normally get 17 FPS or sometimes 20

And Im on a new HP laptop so video card changing is out

I will play around with it and see:) NO NOT THAT:)
