OMG I have an eror it says ''send error report'' can somebody help me i send a ticket but they dont help me

I can play just 1 game after i ***** me and it's anoing when i must play 6 rounds for lvl up i cannot z8 games must do something

is it normal... well we hope that they will fix this ^^ the MUST fix this ! dont give us new futures just fix crashing !! this is not out fault of crashing !!

Sending an error report and sending a support ticket are two different things.

First off, you didn't list your error here, so I'm not sure how much people can help you.

Secondly, sending in an error report after a game crash sends it directly to the developers. It sends the last bit of game data to them so that hopefully they can help fix the crash bug for the next version. Error reports won't get replied to by the developers.

Lastly, support tickets can be sent in via the support website @ support.z8games.com

The system is busy, but a response should take 1-2 business days. Make sure that when you send a support ticket you actually give them information you can use. Sending in a support ticket with "I got an error plz fix" is not going to get a good response.
