The map island would be cool but i don't think Z8 will do any rural maps like they won't make Forest maps.
But I agree with u, it would be nice to have a different kind of map

The game would become too advanced for the players. Although I believe that some players would take it seriously, sadly most would run around looking to increase their K/D rather than win the game. That is why BL are winning rival factions.
As for Grenade Launchers. Dude what planet are you on. The maps are so small just think about it, Port SnD. Players from either side would bomb each others bases, it would ruin the game. Attachments for the guns? There already is! M4a1 attachments are Scope and Silencer and Camo.
Also, tanks? Really? do you really believe that a free online game could have tanks and bomb and lanmines and forest maps. If you really want to play a game like that, go play C.O.D.
A simple map design that looks better is all that is needed. A map with A long, connector, Mid, B long, and in some cases a B other entrance. Think along those bases and youve got a map.
