Is it possible to lower the sounds of guns so that it wont bother you while pinpointing? Or just higher only running and breath.

Go to options in game, the sounds, then sound effects and lower that. Not sure if its both but I know it lowers gun sounds.

it lowers gun sounds but also the breath sounds, so it wont help much...
