Grenade update check this post
Grenade in crossfire could be more efficient if we can arm the grenade before throw it. I don't know how to explain it but a give you an example. When we throw a grenade the grenade explose all the time at the same time if we can control the time we can make this time shorter.
For the moment flash bang are useless because the effect is (even without flash guard) to **** And good player can avoid them to easy because the time to explode is always the same.
The smoke grenade is great but people can see the name of the ennemy in the smoke so the smoke is not enough efficient.

No, you just toss it sooner.
The time on nades is very short in this game and cooking them is not something that would be added.
If flashes lasted longer than they do a team could just flash a room and go in every time, once again, toss a flash from a longer distance and the people will have less time to react.
