Having lag issues.

Ok, Ever since the patch for Valentines day I have been lag spiking up to say sometimes 800 ping. I have not changed anything with my pc or internet connection nor has my family. Also my fps feels slow but isn't. I'll have 60-80 fps but it will feel like 5-10

see my problem is similar, yet its not. my ping is like 38. YES PING OF 38!!!! AND I STILL LAG.
smoke does it bad. and now i keep getting stuck to walls and boxed while trying to jump. and i keep getting errors that end my match or shut the game down entirely.

but DO NOT expect ANY help or response from admin or anyone that really knows.
i have yet to see anyone with a real answer to the lag or errors. and trust me people, i kno about computer, i have defragged, cleaned up, removed spyware, spruced and pruned. and NOTHING.

like i said, you'll just have to try to work around it like me... couple months now and still no one is able to tell me wats up.... i don't expect to ever find out
