How big are average growlers?
Without the user having to compress anything.

Making a small site for uploads wouldn't be much work and keep it all structured.

Also, would Fraps set to take a screenshot every second be an acceptable form of growler?
With replays of course, and the regular growler request if suspicions are raised.

How about trying to get WOGL to set up a CF Draft for Europeans? Then would be able to use ScrimSpot and their vent.

I agree, but scarlight is a weapon you buy with GP. It should be allowed.

i dont think WOGL is not waiting for this and it will also be a lose for us scince we wouldnt have power to organising this ( admins on vent certain rules ) but we can always contact them.

imo about growler and restrictions i think we need to start of with only a spop ban and if the community aks for a scar light ban we should get a scar light ban.

about growlers/ scrimspot growlers would take to long to get organised this is just an idea were you can go on a vent and play, but if someone is suspected of cheating i will let him run growler/fraps a couple of matches imo if a cheater comes into a pug it will be reconised soon by other players.

i vote for 18+ hack free(past)/well known/friendly/no big ego admins, we shouldnt use growler like the na pugs its more for fun then thp.

restrictions. spop,armor if u use it 1 week vent ban?

Teamview is intrusive.
Growlers ONLY recording gameplay is preferable if it works. Which it does.
