I think you mean signatures..
You might be in the wrong section too.
You can use Photoshop to make those or there's a lot of other programs you can use to make those sigs.

Only MOD, CM and GM can place images in their signatures

Image signatures are only for the staff of Z8 Games. They either make them for themself in programs like photoshop or get someone else to do it for them.
