if i have "X" coupons i will get "X" gun without loosee crates?

Get ZP crates.
Open them.
Win some coupons.
Go to "Coupons Exchange".
Ex : with 60 coupons, you can get 3 different guns (AUG-C, DE-C or M4-C)
(Note : Some arent perm. I'd suggest you to get perm weapons in first.)
Click on the one you want.
Click "Exchange coupons".

you can win coupons out of crates just like guns, GP, or items. You build up coupons over time until you trade them for guns. ZP crates give you a lot more coupons but you can get coupons from GP crates too.
