Welcome ... I wrote a message to the admin in support but do not receive a response four days why? This is a very serious matter ... As to my account in CrossFire ... Please let someone tell me why I can not get an answer

They don't work weekends, so they've had 24 hours to reply.
Theres more support tickets then ever for them to handle. Just wait.
