UK server Tracert?

Recently i posted that i was experiencing lag in the uk servers 171 average and in americian servers i get the same so someone told me that my router is taking the wrong route to the uk servers so that's why i'm lagging so how do i get a tracert? also btw i live in Ireland beside uk there is no way my ping should be that high.
