Someone hack my Account.I played and then the game kick me out.I want to login and someone change my passwort.I want my Passwort,but i have forgotten my email adress.
Can someone give me my email,because i playes a half year for the rank and did over 60000 ZP in it.
I didnt give someone my account information.

My account is:mohogofo (Mofgo)
I need the name of my email.
Please help me!

It is your responsibility to remember your account information, and the information you signed up with.

If you have lost your e-mail that you've signed up with, then you need to send in a support ticket with some proof of somekind.

Z8Games is also not responsible for hacked accounts. You most likely typed it in somewhere, or someone has figured it out.

Before this I made Apply in the Clan and I have many Screenshots and replays,where I played with Mofgo.You can ask many german players,that I am Mofgo.
Cant Z8 say me my Email adress?
It was a so good Account and I played much Time...

pretty much only way to have your acct "hacked" is to give your pw out to some one.

send a support ticket but dont bother lieing about not giving your info out...

the'll prob help u even tho they should not sense its your own fault.

You will have to send a ticket through support.

You will have to provide further proof the account is yours. Your security question answer, and/or transaction ID's/receipts if you've purchased ZP in the past.
