    1. Ranks are useless after Staff Sargeant 4 as you unlock all guns.
    2. Those are events. Be happy Z8 allows 20% plus and not 20% minus.
    3. Start farming. You will be one more Adiga. I shall be Captain by now as I have multiple SFC accounts and one almost 2nd LT. And I don't want to rank up.
