Its all just luck..There is no easy an dhard guns to get..
As for the best crate.depends on ur playing style and which item YOU want.

The best GP crate is definitely the XM8-Adv. As for the ZP crates, they are all great guns. A lot of people prefer the M4A1-Custom which has high accuracy and power. If you play mutation mode a lot, then you want the M60-Adv. It's all in your playing style.

the best zp crate gun is probably m4a1-custom.
the m4a1-custom is also the easiest to get because it's in crates and can get it in coupons cheaper than kriss! ak47-scope is the rarest.

Everytime i open a kriss crate (ive only opend a kriss crate twice but whatever, im broke) i get a coupon and lots of gp.
i havent tried the other two (because like i said, im broke)

as for gp, id say deagle camo

i spinned (4) m4 -c crates before

and i got m4 adv 7 days - about 10k gp - ak47 camo 7 days- name cards - 2 or 3 cupons

is that good?
