G5 Mouse Bind Buttons.

Speaking for Pikey.
Pikey has a Logitech G5 Mouse which has mouse button 3 and 4.
Before when he played Cf he could bind these buttons using a program.
Now the question is how does he bind them, it works for Css and other games, just not CF.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
