equal ping?????

Cant we make all players ping equal. I mean we can set maximum ping and every player can play well. Because there are many players who are good but have 260 or more pings that is why noobs who have 10-100 ping can own them easily. I don't imply that people with low ping are noobs but some of them compared to some people with high ping...And are you going to create a server near Caucasus or not???

I think The pings can be equalled by delaying good ping people. This looks like nonsense but it is very very very difficult to play with such ping. You saw an enemy here and shoot but he doesn't die and it is very laggy, the fps drops sometimes below 30. That is very unplayable experience of me.
