I bought zp to support this game i spent 4€ in zp and guess what no zp in my account what the fack is this z8games? Are you fackin kidding with my money? Get ready for some judicial action because i dont have time and life to spent money in something and dont get benefits from that.

1) If you want to get help, be polite
2) follow the advice and send a support ticket...
3) check if the 4€ are actually on your phone bill, maybe the transaction didn't work?

I've already said that: if you are rich, good for you, but 4€ is a lot for me so shut up and go make a fun of with other guy.

The 4€ as been taken from my mobilephone and I didnt get the zp, so I know what I'm talking about.

as funny as this may be to some of you and some of you who are swearing excessively back he will not be the only person to get an infraction for abusive language

1. : A message confirming that your transaction was successful will be displayed upon purchase of Z8Games Points. Please wait for this message to display to ensure that your deposit is not delayed

if you did not wait for this message this will be why you have not received your zp yet, wait up to 2 hours if you have not received your zp but you have a conformation message saying your payment was successful i dont know if the message is displayed on your phone or not but if it is i would suggest getting the picture off your phone and putting it onto the computer after it is on the conputer go here

submit a new question and attache the picture of the successful purchase message this will help them to find the payment you have made and they will put the zp into your account but you cannot get a refund if you do not have the successful purchase message they will ask for some details about your account to help verify you are the owner of the account

Well now that this has been cleaned up, anyone posting anything not helping will just get the post deleted.

Mobil payment can takes a while to complete. I've heard as long as 2 days from some people.

So, if after at least 24 hours since you made the payment, if not more, try sending a support ticket here. Give as much info as you can that you think would help.

I had the same thing happen after paying with rixty. I spent $43dollars on zp and didn't recieve my 50kzp so I sent a support ticket and in 2 days they replied saying i had been credited my zp. Include any useful information such as a receipt or transaction number or confirmation screen that accompanied the payment

This issue should be taken up with support or via PM.

No one on the public boards can give you an answer for something the accounting departments of both companies need to resolve.

There is no point in accusing anyone of anything until we can give you an answer.

And if you post account information publicly you can risk the security of your account.

So once again, take this up with support. Or as you've already done with a GM via a Private Message.

Also note that these are businesses that you are dealing with. And with most businesses, they work on business hours. Your original messages were sent on weekends and during off-hours.

Please have a little patience while we get to your issue.
