Fraps xD?

Hey im using fraps and i want to know how much fps shoul i put to tape, cuse i put 30 and my fps go down to 30 and i usually have 180 so can anyone help me?

Yes 60 let's you get a good vid and good FPS

My computer gives me 200-300, so I am always good with Fraps on.

wat should i do? i usually get 20fps, i know lagging noob! but wat should i put the fps 2?

is 70 fps good too? o.O
because my fps are like 200, and i thought the more fps i fraps with, the better
whats better, 60, 70 or 80?

60 is max you should put because thats the smoothest it will run anyways, 30 isnt bad but if you want good quality vids you need 60.
