How to know if read ticket support?

I wonder if there is way of knowing whether the ticket has been answered or not
or is removed without further
or even not read

when you click support there 2 links on the right hand side, "Web Form" and "Contact History"

click contact history and there will be your message. there a column next to it saying it status. if its been replied to it will say "Replied" and the Admins' message will be below yours

When a ticket has been answered, a message will popup by your log
in information at the top by "Deposit".
