Double app error

Somebody applied to my clan, http://clan.z8games.com/clanstat_cf.aspx?guildid=63634 and i accpeted. A few mins later the clan went down for updates, when it came back up, the person added was no longer in clan. He applied again, but when i try to accept, it just reads "this person is already in the clan" When clearly he/she is not.

Wut do i do?
