The option for 40 k gp and a harzard name card.if I buy that item I will get the gp without having to buy a character I don't have right?

Crates are a poor way to get guns. ZP is great if you are willing to spend the money of course. Crates have like a 0.10% winning chance on both so you need to spend like 1 million GP to win just by chance.
