FFA 3 sec not killable

i hate it when your running around, minding your own business, suddenly someone respawns next to you, hes sprays you down and you can just watch you kill him, because u cant kill him
so....cant you remove the "3 seconds not killable after respawn" in ffa?

this is not a QQ thread, this is a suggestion, i just want to know what you guys think about it
