The game won't start

Ever since this new patch I couldn't play anymore... As soon as I clicked "Start Game" It would show the update thing and the hacking shield then nothing would happen.

I heard from a thread that you just have to re-install it but when I tried to uninstall it some of the files were still there, when I try to delete those files it says:

Cannot delete (file name): Acces denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is currently not in use.

What do I do? :[

I want to play with the new patches but it can't start!!!

Note: this has happened ever since we got the new patch.

C: and

etc are Hard Drives.

Directories are folders within the hard drive.

Also, because you were unable to delete the original files this probably means you don't have administrator access on the computer.

Try reinstalling the game (to the same directory/folder) and then running the game in administrator mode.

To do that right-click on the exe file or the shortcut and choose the option "run in administrator mode".

It could be that there is still a process related to the game that is still running. Open Task Manager and look for any game processes, shut them down, then try to delete the files again. If that doesn't work you should be able to delete them from safe mode. To enter safe mode, reboot your computer and press F8 as Windows begins to load. Since only basic system drivers and services start under safe mode you should be able to delete the files.

or he could simply restart his PC and THEN delete the files if he already has administrator access. DOH!
