It seems Black List has been developing yet another threat to our cause – personal stealth technology.

This ghost kit research project is a joint-initiative between the United States and the UN to create advanced
military stealth weaponry.

A spy within the research group has successfully stole the ghost kit technology and handed it over to radical
armed infiltrators. In addition, they have hired Black List to destroy the laboratory.

In response, the UN X-File Bureau has enlisted the Global Risk Special Mission Troop to capture the laboratory
and reclaim the ghost kit technology

lulz, the story is as acurate as the weapon stats on website. It would be cool if the new "stealth" technology was put into mutants, like the nurse in CN CF.

No one cares about Rival Factions. It turned out to be a fail event...
Everyone stopped caring mid-way through the Ship event.

I love rival tactions, thou I like the plot where BL steals it better then where they make it, the point is BL has ghost and GR doesn't so who cares what the story line is?

I can't wait for the nxt rival factions =D
