You can't do anything. If you're lazy to break your guns and lazy to do surveys, than I don't see who elses fault it is but yours. You won't get GP by just sitting on your ass you know. And no, it's not like your garden-variety offline game. Cheating is bannable, so no cheats/trainers/hacks.

To sum up:

Get to breaking guns.
Buy zp.

Or

Get over it and stay with your M16.
