why dosent z8games sue hacker sites
i cant understand this... why dosent z8games sue the hacker sites... or atleast get them shut down by afforities<< yea spelt wrong this aint an english class
shouldent be too hard to find who owns the site... and im pretty sure if z8 made there case so someone >> not sure who.. they should be able to get them shut down once and for all...
just wondering why this has never happend coz i know its not impossible.. just time consuming

first, they can't sue the sites that host or promote hacks. people can't be held responsible for the data on their server.
they can however, take it up with the people who write the code. and then you get in a whole new realm of things. oh let's jsut say you changed you kill marks in-game; you just changed the program..same concept.
and do you really think z8games has the money to spend on legal fess for taking that many (international) people to courts(s)? i can assure you, it won't be a F2P game anymore.
and if you really think z8 pays the hackers, you are more paranoid than i am. -
Getting a ToS to hold up in litigation is much harder than people might think.
They are not altering the information on the servers, only adding their own info into the game.
Sure you can try and sue them over it, but your success is not going to be very likely. -

And his avatar looks pretty paranoid. -
Really now.
Just buy the kids out.
Any hacksite-owner would get his jollies off for 10k usd. Z8 has plenty to go around.
Profit:
Z8 controls the hackers, gets a massive registry of the VIP users.
Z8 gets their source.
Altering an already pretty 'underground' program to throw a notice their way when someone opens it up after logging on isn't hard.
