thank you for this failure QQ thread... Z8 does everything they can to help you little kids have a better playing experience, and what do you do? you get mad at them because you cant wait for them to fix the problem.
i would have agreed with you 9 months ago(for new ppl like you:they promised us the uk server this time),but now i cant talk about this topic,its too annoying for me. -
I wish people would stop assuming it's there servers right off the bat. There are many ways your ping could rise by as little as 20ms.
Could be from your own computer
Could be something with your ISP
Could be something on the path from your ISP to the CF
servers.
If you are on a shard connection their might be more people on.
And more that I won't get into.
However, with that said, it very well could be the servers. Anyone else noticing a ping increase across the broad? -

and they still have promised the UK server...complications arose and yet you fail to see that. saidin even stated. "We are doing what we can to get the UK server as fast as possible. We can't rush these things. We are sorry about the inconvinience."
everyone just chill out. their doing what they can and crying about it isn't going to make this go any faster. if you rush things like this then you'll complain that it wasn't set up right or theres a ton a DC's. they want to make sure there won't be so many issues with the UK server for YOUR better experience. -

Well when i first started playing (Feb. 6th 2009)my ping would get aslow as 44,my comp hasn't really changed since then and now my ping is shifting between 77~91
,i'm not on a shared connection or have torrents/downloads up,a few months ago it stayed at 55~60 then 3 weeks ago it was 67~75....

ok i think i need to make a network connection information thread. theres SO many things that could affect your connection to make it spike high or get really low. -

my ping went from 110 to 160 and it sticks there.
its definately the servers cuz my other friends who are with different isp have the same problem -

Tried to say the same thing a LONGGGG time ago but no one listened. -
With in the last 3-6 months 60% of Z8Games player's ping has been increased by 10-40. I know players that were 100 ping a few months ago and now they are 130+ ping. These guys did not change there I.S.P and did not change anything with there computer. So the only people to blame is Greedy Z8Games. That is my so many players are leaving this game and the old players are hardly active. The game is going down the drain, slowly but surely, if Z8Games dont change there ways.
On the other hand, some players pings were unaffected. I am in canada and i have a low ping and some guys i know in the U.S.A were unaffected as well. But those players in the U.K and surrounding areas are have a horrible ping problem.
I have been playing C.F for little over a year now and with in the last six months i have seen 60% of player ping increase. If i were to enter a room, 40% of players have 150+ ping, 25% have 200+ ping and 25% has 50 to 150 ping. Six months ago this high ping rate was not even possible.
So what do you think? Is it the players fault or Z8Games? -
