Bought Clan Name change and didnt work!

Im pretty mad, spended 9.5k zp 5:30 am z8site time..wich is 11:30 pm here.!!!
It didnt work, it didnt change the damn name!!! omg im sooo maddd...i want it zp back or change name again, please help what do i do!

where is the support ticket located at?

Maybe you bought ZP from a stolen credit card, or parents weren't accepting you to buy ZP from their bank account...
