Euh yeah, probably wrong section,
But in Technical support it takes so long, and in meen time i'm wasting my time checking..
So, i'll just try here.
It's one little question and i don't know if anyone here knows, but well, i'll just try.
So, my main account is blocked cuz of a mistake with buying zp,
Now i payed it back, and contacted them trough a support ticket (on the blocked acc)
But on my contact history it say's: There's no awnser for this question..
Does that just mean they haven't had time to awnser it yet,
Or is it that i won't get an awnser?
Cuz now i'm checking on my acc allot if they allready awnsered,
but if they won't awnser i'm wasting my time.
So, if anyone knows, please tell me xd

Actually, respond can take over 24 hours!
They have alot of tickets each day so be patient, they always respond tough!

Wait till wednesday, and see if a response is given. Zp issues are probably the most time consuming ones to deal with. -
The tech support on the forums is in a bit of chaos. We're trying something new though to help organize it better.
One thing though, account information and queries need to go through the support system at: www.support.z8games.com
It's mostly for your own security with your account. Remember not to share or post any information like LoginID's or passwords on these boards. -
Oh and also, just on another point. ZP issues generally can be financial issues. And since most financial institutions are closed on the weekends your problem may not get looked at until the week starts.
Just have a little patience and your issue will get looked into!

Yes, I Will be patient.
The only thing was that txt beneath my contact history..
'There's no awnser for this question' sounded to me like that there just won't be an awnser.
Maybe because the account is blocked it won't get trough or something.
So i just needed to know if it ment that or something else. -
Don't hesitate to send back a reply too. Sometimes you'll get a canned answer cause the system is busy and an investigation has been opened and there isn't an immediate answer.
You can always contact a GM too via PM on these boards if you're not satisfied with the answer you got/get from support.
