Payed for Z8 Points , but did not get them

Hell dear crossfire community ,
I've just bought "10.000" Z8 Points with Paypal.
Unfortunately a message appeared that the transaction were not completed .
After i logged into m emails , i saw that they took the money allthough i didnt even get the ZP.
I'm abit upset now and would be really glad if you reply and could give me these ZP.

if you bothered to read they have increased paypal's payment completion time to up to 12 hours for some people and the support team will reply asap

upon the passing time of the 12 hours take a print screen of paypal charging you for the zp then attach it to a support ticket they will then check there records if they havnt received the money then paypal hasn't processed but if you can check your bank account online then do so and look if paypal have charged you for the payment and z8 says they havnt then you need to contact paypal with the same print screen of the payment email
