i cant enable my GSG9 Charakter

hey,

i bought me a gsg9 charakter +120K GP

The monay is on my acc but not the gsg9 -.-

ich knwo i musst selcet this on z8games in ,,My Item,,

but in My Item is notnink.

Only a white window. when i search i found 2 buttons ,,Next,, and ,,Prev,,

if i klick on the buttons its happend nothink.

I have looked in storge in-game but thers nothink too.

So i cant use my charater but i have a classer for this.
but i can only use this for 30 day and now only for...26 days -.-

can somebody help me?

pls writing you aswer in easy english, because my english is not realy goof iam from germany
