My FPS problem

Stop downloading pron in the background. FPS has nothing to do with ping. Something is taking up all your bandwidth and it's probably on your computer since it's also affecting FPS. Close whatever is hogging up your bandwidth and memory.

Start messing with things... Try NOT using gamebooster. Maybe try lowering all your details and resolution. Maybe try updating video drivers. Check what programs you have on Windows startup, make sure there aren't 20 things. Make sure your hard drive had enough free space for the swap file. Make sure you have enough RAM.
