My gun crosshairs?

I want to know what the best crosshairs for Aug-camo,ak-47,xm8-adv,and deagle camo are.
I need one that fits all of them so I don't have to keep changing them.I know it is mostly up to your thinking,but there might be crosshairs that work slightly better with certain weapons.
