test clip - feedback appreciated

IDK, i realized when i uploaded that colors weren't THAT great, but they looked pretty decent in editor. Also need to know about how to set at the MAXIMUM quality, im now recording using xfire, (fraps has become annoying)

Create 3 video tracks.

Run the clip you want to watch on track 1 and track 3.

Change the clip on track1 to 50%.
Insert that media generated effect you had in track2. Put the opacity to about 40-50%.
Keep track 3's opacity at 100%.

Success?

What I'm trying to get at: It looks gay on it's own.

nah i disagree, yours was normal picture but the frames were terrible
