Failed to download version.ini HELP PLEASE

I cannot start the game omg...
everytime i press start game....it froze and then nothing pops up and then minutes later a box pops up saying
"Failed to download version.ini"
Can someone help me please....my cousin can go on but i cant? why?

everyone is having the same problem man, so i guess just be patient and they will fix it soon.
