I launched CF.

It did nothing.

I launched it again and it told me "Patcher is already running."

Help plz.

I'm having the same issue. Terminating the process and reopening the launcher does nothing. It seems we just have to wait.

Mine doesn't work either. Same issues you guys have been describing I am also having. And I'm as West Coast as you can possibly get ( give or take 30Miles )

Hopefully they will find a fix.
