I help my gm's crossfire is giving an error in xtrap I was using the game normally then I turned off the computer when I called ai di novo the other day got from the error please help me

Not a GM, but I can still try to help ya, Well what ya got there is probably running some other program that X-trap does not agree with. Certain programs X-trap won't let you play crossfire if you have them running.

I reboot the computer does not open any program and it's still the error = /

Restart the computer and the error remains without me opening any type of program
