We have no idea. I'd suppose Z8 does not want 13 year old boys running their game, but would rather have a 16 year old responsible mature player than a 30 year old irresponsible and immature player as a moderator.

no, i take food out to people and clean up after them... and i wash dishes and do drinks. just turned 16 a week ago from today. and this is only my 4th day working, but i have today off.
