why we dont have voice chat in-game like others regions?

Hello everyone,

I've been wondering why CrossFire West still doesn't have an in-game voice chat feature, while other regions, such as Brazil and some Asian versions, already support it.

Voice chat would greatly improve teamwork, especially in ranked matches and competitive game modes. It would make communication faster and more effective than typing in the middle of a match.

I understand there may be concerns about moderation, toxicity, or technical limitations, but many online games have successfully implemented voice chat with options such as:

  • Mute individual players.
  • Disable voice chat completely.
  • Push-to-talk.
  • Report players for voice abuse.

These features give players control over their experience while allowing those who want better communication to benefit from it.

So my question is:
Is there any official reason why CrossFire West doesn't have voice chat?
Are there any plans to add it in the future?

I believe this feature would improve the overall gameplay experience and help the Western version feel more up to date with other regions.

I'd love to hear the community's thoughts and, if possible, an official response from the developers or moderators.

Thank you!

    Official reason : not known
And mainly is up to game devs

    My personal opinion: :
as far as i research over internet other things may be required on server side, and one of the most important is the connection bandwidth ( the maximum amount of data a network can transfer over a given period ) , if for each individual player game use 1-2 Mbps ( upload+download) ... all those individual connection are pile-up to a server side resulting someting as 10-20 Gbps for a single server + adding a voice chat option -> require increased connection bandwidth on server side with at least "few" Gbps ( for other games this require an increased connection with at least +50% bandwidth )
CFWest have players all from may regions spkeaing different languages, ( are not same area as in case of CF BR or  CFPH , CFCN ) - therefore in a room in best case scenarion 50% of players will be able to use English in voice chat .. as for others each one with own language screaming ... resulting on being muted by others ...

Counting those basic aspects + the fact that adding a voice chat option require some not cheap at all connection for each server + VC to be used by few players compared with the total daily amount  + possible ping issues ( are already widhout a voice chat ) = seems is not worthing

This is my point of view, from what I've learned on the internet about the problems that occurred with other games that added a VC extra option.

P.S. Pro players usually play in teams ( clan members , friends ..etc ) and have already set their own TS3 ( or other VC option ) to be able to communicate with own team widhout being disturbed by random players screaming or using unknow language
AND let's not forget about adding VC reports -> it will also put more pressure on reporting tickets that are already overloaded with daily reports ....
