Issues with packs

I just bought the pack of Ak-47 Lantern beast (the red one in recommended packages in shop). The whole pack didn’t reflect on the account after 10 minutes.
i tried everything, re-entering the server many times, closing the game and reopen again. FYI the ZP balance has been consumed, and I tried to refresh that as well it also didn’t reflect

from what I remember, the purchased packages don't go directly into the normal storage where you see all the weapons, in the storage you have some more tabs, click on each one, one is something with "rewards" there should be the purchased package, like a box that you have to open - only after you open it do you receive the weapon and the other items from the purchased package
