Fix the lag and start ban the cheaters...

When will you start banning cheaters? I encounter 15-20 cheaters per day. In absolutely every game, both at low and high ranks.
They're just openly playing with cheats, not even trying to hide. They're getting 32 kills on a ranked list, 30 of which are headshots. Is that normal? When the opponents are AFK, and the cheater kills 32 people in three minutes... Stop adding capsules, and get to work blocking cheats. There are too many of them. They're everywhere.
