The Ranked S&D is full of cheaters

Hello, I would like to suggest that instead of banning people for some "mean words", which are actually just a reaction to all the cheating that is going on in the game, you could actually do some real staff work and get rid of the cheaters which are actually destroying the gameplay experience for me and other players as well, I've seen that it makes no difference to report the cheaters in the in-game report system, although, I do it everytime I encounter one, I don't report people for just being good, I actually analyze the way they are playing before jumping to conclusions and reporting, and to be quite frank, it is not very hard because they are not even hiding it anymore, they just pull insta headshots, through the walls boxes or whatever, walk with the aim on you through walls and bam, you're dead, how about we cut out on the snowflake approach when it comes to some words, because guys, I get slurred at a lot, others being racist towards me and I don't really care, if some words hurt you, you should really seek some help, or grow a pair, you know what I mean? The video attached will be one of the cheaters I reported multiple times, if you'd actually check the reports I do, you could easily ban at least 10 players, yours truly, the one you banned on Christmas, Sarpe.
