Also, when you purchase 50 Garnets, you will earn one Grenade-Bubbly, and when you purchase 100 Garnets, you can earn another Grenade-Bubbly.
Don't forget you can dismantle any item you don't want and collect some Dismantle Points that could be exchanged later for any of the Permanent Weapons. Please note that you can only redeem each weapon once this way.

Another re skin which we dot not really need as the game is in the worst state ever. Sound is not working properly, the freeze of the first log in on the game is still there after 4 years and the servers are lagging continuously. The epic line is:
FIX THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear GM's! We don't need more skins, we need fixes, but we know, that would actually take efforts to take on your side, and obviously you are too occupied shoveling the money we gave you, but please do your job and fix the damn game. I am so fed up with dying behind the wall, getting owned by flying players, teleporters and so on. Can we nicely ask u to do something about this?

The ping has reached an unacceptable level. Constant lag and repeated disconnections have made the game literally unplayable. Many players are being forced out of matches, yet there is still no clear solution, as if the problem doesn’t even exist. This ongoing situation is killing the game experience and requires an immediate, decisive fix not temporary patches or silence.

The white and bold characters on a red background made your comments just annoying to read.
There's no need to stand out from those who write normally, be sure that all comments are read, on the other hand GMs only respond when absolutely necessary but it's not in their power to solve problems in the game ( game dev are handling the issues in game ) or on the server side ( a network team look up for those things) - GM's / support just collect those info especially from support tickets ( that's why each player with connections problem should send his own support ticket ) and forward to appropriate teams.
A major maintenance on the server side is already announced (not an update to the game) - we hope that this will also solve the connection problems.

Not being able to login support website most of the time indicate a restriction from your side ( can be also from your ISP ).
You should try a different internet connection if is possible, as using mobile data connection / different browser / even a different PC ( or try login website using mobile phone on mobile data connection ) - in case a softwware or a messed windows settings don't allow the website login, since "Fail to connect on game servers" using game client can be also a problem from server side , the website and support website are not on same server and you should be able to login just fine in order to send a support ticket.

Apparently, the support site is on the same server as the game. All my attempts to access technical support from my phone or another computer connected to a different provider were unsuccessful. By the way, I fixed a bug on the North American server today by downloading NetFramevork. I don't know what caused it, but after updating NetFramevork, the bugs on the North American server stopped appearing. 1. I have a question about why the game doesn't automatically update these tools during installation, or at least doesn't recommend updating them like other games do. 2. Even if I fix the error on NorthAmerica, the server is empty, making it pointless to play there.[MOD]ShadowRo сказал:@88rvL

I also contacted the provider, and they said there were no restrictions on their end. I also used a different provider, but the error persisted.
by the way, when I try to send you a video from my desktop in a private message, I also get an error, but I think you've just blocked other people from sending you private messages. -

As for the game issues, we’ve been facing these problems for nearly two months now, with two game updates released during that time, yet the exact same issues are still there. Each time, we had hope that the problems would be fixed, especially after the latest update, but unfortunately nothing changed.
Thank you for your clarification, and we truly hope the announced server maintenance will finally resolve these ongoing issues.
