Suggestion to Improve Tickets Reward System – TEPES Duplicate Issue & All Item Duplicates

Hello,

I would like to start by addressing a specific problem with the TEPES ticket system, which also affects all other ticket items in the game.

When a player receives the same TEPES OPT more than once, the system automatically converts the duplicate reward into only 1 Five-Star Card.
This is extremely unfair, because:

 Getting one TEPES ticket requires around 150–170 Five-Star Cards.
 But receiving a duplicate OPT gives back just 1 5Star Card.

This is not logical or fair at all.
How can a 170-card effort be replaced with a single card?

And this issue is not limited to TEPES only.
The same thing happens with any item in the game:
If the item comes twice, the player gets downgraded to a 5-Star Card regardless of the ticket’s value.

Because of this, I strongly suggest:

Adding a system that prevents duplicate item rewards

If the player already owns the item, the system should either

• Give a different item
  OR

• Provide fair compensation equal to the true value of the ticket

This change would protect players from losing their effort and make the reward system much more fair and enjoyable.
