For tickets regarding account recovery / email change / 2FA removal - a certain amount of correct information is required ( the required information is the one established when creating the account, and which you find in the first email from z8 after the account was created, any other print screen from game or other info not required upon account creation are not valid / at the same time, only correct transaction details alone cannot replace all the missing information )
If these conditions are not met - the ticket cannot proceed.
